Outreach Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in expanding ASK Foundation24’s reach by engaging with communities, organizations, and stakeholders. This position involves planning and implementing outreach activities, fostering relationships, and ensuring effective communication about the foundation’s programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with local groups to amplify the foundation’s impact.
• Act as a representative of ASK Foundation24 in the community to promote trust and engagement.
• Outreach Campaigns:
• Plan and execute outreach events, awareness campaigns, and workshops.
• Develop creative strategies to promote ASK Foundation24’s initiatives.
• Coordinate with the communications team to create outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content.
• Volunteer Coordination:
• Recruit and manage volunteers for outreach activities.
• Train volunteers to effectively represent the foundation during events and campaigns.
• Recognize and motivate volunteers to maintain high engagement levels.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Organize and manage logistics for outreach events, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Evaluate event outcomes and prepare detailed reports for future improvements.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Gather and analyze feedback from outreach activities to assess impact.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and community engagement metrics.
• Prepare periodic reports for internal review and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Passion for community service and creating social impact.
