We are hiring a CSR Fund Manager who can lead corporate fundraising efforts and build strong partnerships to support our programs in women’s health, education, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with CSR teams of corporates for funding opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for donors
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new partners
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and documentation
- Track funds, monitor project performance, and share regular updates with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in CSR fundraising or development partnerships
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of corporate CSR policies and funding processes
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines
