Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and manage our programs aimed at empowering communities. This role is key in ensuring that our projects run smoothly, meet objectives, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of programs.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track program progress, assess impact, and provide regular reports to the foundation’s leadership.
- Budget & Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to program budgets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for community development and social change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
